Your experience with Legacy starts with a visit to our showroom, where you’ll meet with one of our professional designers to discuss your vision for your new kitchen. Your designer will visit your home to take measurements and to get an idea about how your new kitchen will fit into your lifestyle. Once you’re happy with the design and material selections, our technical specialist will carefully review the plans and approve your project for ordering.
Our Coordinators are the hub of our process. Your Coordinator will contact you directly to discuss delivery and installation schedules, and will be in regular communication with you and your renovation team – including Installer, Field Supervisor, Service Technician and Designer – to keep everyone on the same page.
Your Coordinator will manage every aspect of the kitchen renovation process – construction, plumbing, electrical, installation and any other trade included in our scope of work. After your cabinetry has been scanned into our modern warehouse facility, it will be delivered to your home so that our skilled Installers can complete your installation in a timely fashion.
Once your new kitchen is installed, a Field Supervisor will carefully inspect the finished product to ensure that it meets our high standards and your expectations. Our Field Supervisors and Service Technicians are equipped with our own state-of-the-art paperless inspection app to ensure consistency and accountability during Inspections and any necessary Service visits for touch-ups, adjustments or warranty repairs.
